Spring Section
The spring section is intended for children between the ages of 2 (turned by December 31st) and 3 (not yet turned). This new educational offering, positioned between two services (Nursery and Kindergarten), does not simply replicate features of a Nursery or Kindergarten, but acts as an innovative service that takes into account specific needs related to the particular age group it serves.
Around 22-24 months, strategic developmental milestones are reached, opening windows of opportunity that transform skills into competences; that is, a transition from knowing how to do things to the awareness of knowing how to do that thing.

EXPERIENCE
Children are involved in activities such as reading aloud, animation with theatrical paths, and periodic library appointments in order to support them on their journey to becoming readers and observers of the world. In particular, the “#io leggo perché” initiative educates and promotes reading with the involvement and contribution of parents.
EXPERIENCE
Through the learning by doing method, with games, nursery rhymes, songs, readings, and daily activities, we lead children to assimilate new sounds and understand their meanings to stimulate their linguistic growth.
We provide children with the opportunity to come into contact with the language through an organized routine, alternating moments in English and others in Italian.
experience
Through dedicated activities, such as pouring, we promote the development of specific skills.
The child learns to group and order objects and materials according to different criteria, identifies some of their properties, compares and evaluates quantities, and performs measurements using tools within their reach.

Educational - Training Approach
The child discovers the world: they manipulate, assemble, and build when immersed in a positive and respectful climate, in an environment that allows freedom of movement. The approach to activities is slow in pace and short in duration, to allow the child to experience things without particular fears or performance anxiety, placing their interest within the peer group as well. There are many workshops we design every year for the spring section:
Discovering the world with creative workshops: children are engaged in manipulation and pouring activities, movement games, and “messy” activities (cream, clay, and tempera).
Play: through exploration and discovery, the child learns to observe the reality surrounding them and to become self-aware. The development of sensory-perceptual skills is the basis of all forms of intelligence, and color is one of the first characteristics of objects that strikes a child. Every activity encompasses cognitive, expressive, socializing, and communicative areas.
To facilitate working parents, children can arrive at school at 7:00 AM and stay until 6:00 PM. Children can use the post-school service from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM; during these hours, an educator guides the children through playful-creative experiences.
A service managed directly by the school's qualified staff, which proposes a food and environmental education project every year, such as the "educational vegetable garden" or "the best menu."
