The Don Carlo San Martino school offers afternoon native English courses for children and young people aged 3 to 13. The offer is open to both enrolled and non-enrolled students, for all families in the area looking for a competent and experienced facility to entrust with the English language development of their children and young people.
2-3 years, 3-5 years
The Storytelling method is not only about reading books, narrating traditional tales or adapting a story; it is about developing children’s creativity and teaching them to share personal stories with confidence. The foreign language will thus become a means that will enable children to make sense of what they see in everyday life.
6-8 years, 9-10 years
For primary school children, a creative workshop in English is offered; the language is used as an expressive means to create: different artistic forms and techniques will allow children to have fun while developing sensitivity, socialization and the spirit of collaboration, enabling them to give shape to their imagination.
11-13 years
The course, designed for lower secondary school students, aims to develop and strengthen the 4 language skills: Use of English, Listening, Writing and Speaking through interactive, collaborative and engaging activities.
12-13 years
The Preliminary (B1) exam certifies the achievement of an intermediate language level, which is recognized by the Common European Framework of Reference; this certification represents an excellent way to gain confidence, as it helps students refine their spoken and written English with a specific course.
