During the journey, students are guided in discovering their aptitudes, interests, and learning styles through self-assessment activities, authentic tasks, interdisciplinary paths, and moments of metacognitive reflection. <b>The project<\/b> serves as a strategic tool to ensure educational continuity, teaching consistency, and informed guidance. <\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"p2\">Educational objectives:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">promote self-knowledge <\/span><span class=\"s4\">(<\/span><span class=\"s3\">interests, strengths, areas for improvement<\/span><span class=\"s4\">)<\/span><span class=\"s3\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">foster awareness of one&#8217;s own learning style; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">reflect on the motivations for studying and on <\/span><span class=\"s4\">personal <\/span><span class=\"s3\">commitment;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">strengthen the link between the first and second cycles of education and training, to encourage an informed and thoughtful choice that enhances each student&#8217;s potential;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">promote an informed choice of high school and one&#8217;s professional future. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 class=\"p2\">The project is divided into:<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">transition and welcome opportunities between the various school levels to foster a gradual knowledge of the Institute&#8217;s different <\/span><span class=\"s4\">realities<\/span><span class=\"s3\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">training sessions and meetings with experts, presentations of the <\/span><span class=\"s4\">educational <\/span><span class=\"s3\">offerings of high schools;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">meetings with former students;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">proposal and analysis of aptitude tests, role-playing, brainstorming;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s3\">completion of self-assessment forms on study methods;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s3\">individual interviews with families and activities on responsible choice for eighth-grade students towards an informed and motivated decision regarding their educational and professional path. In this phase, the <b>guidance<\/b> <b>advice<\/b> is given to parents, based on a<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> <\/span><span class=\"s3\">systematic observation of skills, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">commitment<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> and personal inclinations, in <\/span><span class=\"s4\">a <\/span><span class=\"s3\">view to rewarding merit and respecting each individual&#8217;s aspirations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">A cross-cutting element of the<span class=\"s2\"> <\/span>entire project is the collaboration with <b>families<\/b>, considered fundamental educational partners. Information sessions, shared workshops, and discussion spaces are planned to build a<span class=\"s2\"> <\/span>solid and coherent educational alliance. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The guidance project is therefore not just a set of activities, but a structured and continuous path that integrates teaching, assessment, and educational support.
